Krupa is a Research Engineer in the Platforms, Tools and Technologies domain at Conduent Labs India. Her research interests lies in the areas of high performance computing, processor architecture, operational analytics and distributed systems. At Conduent Labs India, Krupa currently works on three projects viz. application of block chain technology in health care, optimal task allocation, and process mining on big data.
An electrical engineer by degree, Krupa has previously worked with Nokia Siemens Network for over three years in the roles of configuration management engineer for voice and fault management engineer in the data charging domain. She went on to pursue M.Tech in Electrical Engineering from IIT Bombay with specialization in Microelectronics and VLSI.
While pursuing her M.Tech, Krupa worked with Prof. M.P. Desai on hardware implementation of sparse matrix vector multiplication. Though fairly researched, the work resulted in significant performance improvement over the state-of-art technology. She was also awarded the Institute Passing Out Colour for impeccable execution of her duties in the capacity of various positions of responsibilities she held during her stay at IITB.
Krupa is an avid follower of tennis and in her free time likes to explore new places, loves reading novels and occasionally write about things she feels strongly about.
