Modern dynamic business environments need agile and smart business process management approaches to reduce operational inefficiencies and deliver long-term value. In addition, there is increasing pressure on operating under tighter cost while adhering to process standards and guaranteeing the Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for clients. Gaining visibility into various operations across the enterprise and the ability to turn these into actionable insights is the need of the hour in enabling the business to respond to opportunities and threats quickly. However, such insight generation is non-trivial because of non-standardized execution of business processes, disparate large-scale data across different business operations, and lack of clarity in operational bottlenecks and associated root causes.


Our Approach

We focus on a suite of tools that can act as a one-stop-shop solution to closely monitor the health of business operations (that is, the operational KPIs and client SLAs), help standardize processes across business operations using a combination of data and process analytics, and generate real-time insights for stakeholders on cross-client applications and operational processes. For example, by analyzing the cross-client data, teams working on similar transaction types can be identified and their respective performance can be benchmarked for sharing best practices. Similarly, early warnings can be provided based on SLA contracts with clients and real-time data. Moreover, root-cause analysis can be performed by looking at the historical behavior of business operations.
